SkautIS synchronization
Levitio loads members' personal data from SkautIS in one direction. Synchronization requires a unit-level role; a center-leader role is not enough.
Tip You can also use synchronization for the initial import of member information. If your unit does not use SkautIS, you can bulk copy information from Excel. You can find how to do this in Member records.
Levitio is connected to SkautIS and can load personal data of members from units for which the user has the required unit-level permission.
Synchronization still requires a corresponding role at the unit level. A center-leader role alone is not enough.
Synchronization is one-way: data is loaded from SkautIS into Levitio. Levitio does not overwrite source data in SkautIS.
It is advisable to use data synchronization whenever you make changes to your members (for example after registration, updating data from legal guardians, or loading newcomers after unit recruitment). This way you can be sure that the app shows current data including parent contacts for members in the unit.
We would be happy to teach Levitio to talk to other systems too — just write to us at podpora@levitio.com.
You can find a detailed procedure for synchronization in the SkautIS help: https://napoveda.skaut.cz/skautis/osoba/levitio#jak-provest-synchronizaci or watch our video guide (older; Levitio’s look may have changed, but technically it still works the same way):
