## Born from a real need

- We showed Levitio to the world. From the start, a tool that gives leaders time back for children.
- 100 centres registered. The first clear sign that the need was real.
- First workshop in Ostrava, then Brno. Built with the community, for what actually works.

## When units needed to work differently

- First meeting with Junák. Opening the door to systemic cooperation.
- A virtual clubhouse during covid, so units could keep running.
- MSIC Design Sprint. From idea to something that holds up in the field.
- First meeting with ČRDM. Connecting with more organizations.
- The Oddílová inspirace podcast begins.
- The company is formally founded.

## A new foundation and the first big trust

- Levitio 2.0: a new foundation and core unit workflows, including parent invitations.
- Looking for sustainability: a decision to monetize through subscription.
- skautIS synchronization.
- Winner of Impact First.
- First major article in Hospodářské noviny.
- First logo, visual style and a new colour palette.

## Partnerships, community and further growth

- Support from Nadace PPF begins.
- Talks about a layer for organization headquarters.
- First time at CVVZ and Miquik. Direct feedback from the field.

## One app for the everyday running of a unit

- Levitio 3.0: design and scaling work inside the unit.
- Connection to Hranostaj.
- Křišťálová Lupa: TOP 10 Czech internet tools.

## Payments and communication in one system

- Consultation at WOSM headquarters.
- Levitio 4.0: payments and professional communication.
- Levitio free for units. Sustainability through a payment fee. Previously 15.5% of Scout centres paid — the model changed in favour of access.

## The app becomes a platform

- Server modernization and a more robust operation.
- Levitio 5.0: a new portal for members and parents.
- Oddílová inspirace returns.
- Cooperation with JUN and Junák.

## Parents, payments and the next step for the whole community

- LevitioPay becomes a core part of the platform. Payments, gifts and finances connect with the everyday running of the unit. Units also use it as a crowdfunding tool.
- Levitio 6.0 and the new Levitio for parents. More clarity, preparation for children, and features for families.
- More than CZK 6 million through LevitioPay.
