# LevitioPay: payments, donations and budgets for groups

**HOW IT WORKS**

- **A parent knows what they are paying for, and for whom.**: All payments are in one place, and they pay comfortably online. With more than one child they immediately see which child they are paying for.
- **Levitio watches the rest for you.**: Payments are matched on their own, unpaid ones get a reminder, and documents can go straight to the accountant.

## Before you create the first payment.

Levitio is free. You use LevitioPay only where it makes sense.

- **Is Levitio free?**: Yes. Everyday use of Levitio is free for organizations. A fee applies only when you voluntarily use LevitioPay.
- **Do we have to collect every payment through LevitioPay?**: No. The organization decides which payments to collect with LevitioPay. The LevitioPay in full benefit applies only when the organization handles all of its payments through LevitioPay.
- **How does a parent pay?**: In Levitio, a parent sees who they are paying, what for, and which child it is for, and they finish the payment comfortably online. They do not have to hunt for an account number, invent a payment reference, or bring cash to the meetup.
- **What if someone pays in cash?**: A cash or otherwise offline payment can be recorded by hand in Levitio so the organization keeps a complete overview.
- **How do automatic reminders work?**: Levitio reminds the people who have not paid yet. Leaders do not have to contact them one by one.
- **How much does LevitioPay cost?**: 5 % of the first CZK 1,500 and 3 % of the portion of the payment above CZK 1,500. No monthly fee for LevitioPay. If you do not receive a payment, you pay nothing. The same rates apply to regular payments and gifts.
- **What documents does a parent get?**: After paying, the parent has the confirmation and documents available automatically in one place. You do not have to send them separately.
- **What does accounting get?**: Levitio automatically stores accounting documents in one place and can always send them automatically to a chosen email address.
- **How do gifts work?**: With a regular payment, a parent can voluntarily add extra. For a bigger plan you create your own gift page and share it with parents, former members or the public. A regular payment can always be finished without a gift.
- **Where does the money go, and how quickly?**: For each payment group you choose automatic settlement, where Levitio regularly sends received money to the organization’s selected bank account, or on-demand settlement, where payments accumulate until you request a payout. Money from different payment groups arrives separately. If a payment included gifts, the gifts arrive as a separate transfer.
- **Do we need our own organization bank account?**: To accept online payments, the specific troop or club must add and have a bank account approved. The account is set at troop/club level, not at the whole-organization level. Levitio can also send funds to personal accounts, but those accounts must be approved against an affidavit.
