Levitio uses several levels so it can match how your organization is actually organized.

## Organization

The top level of the account. It can be, for example, an association, a scout center, a club, a school, or a fire brigade.

At the organization level you can work in summary with members from all subordinate units, messages, payment transactions, documents, users, and settings.

## Unit / club

The level of a specific team, where most day-to-day work happens — working with members, planning events, program, attendance, or Levitio Pay.

## Patrol / group

A smaller part of a unit or club. Use it when you need to split members and activity into smaller teams.

## Users and permissions

You can grant users access at different levels. The data and features they see depend on their role and permissions.

Level names are customizable. Your account may therefore show different names than this guide.
