When the organisation collects all payments through LevitioPay NAPLNO, parents of that organisation get tarif Přehled with no extra payment.

## Questions

- **Do I need another account and password?**: No. You open the portal with a personal link from the organisation. No extra account or password. You can add Levitio to your phone’s home screen.
- **I have more than one child. Will I see them together?**: If they are in the same organisation and linked to your access, you can switch between them. Children in different organisations do not yet share one view.
- **Will I lose important information if I do not pay?**: No. Nearby events, sign-ups, absences, extra questions and LevitioPay payments stay free in tarif Základ.
- **How do I get in if the group is only considering Levitio?**: The organisation sends the invite. You can send a leader {link}. You do not register the group yourself.

Send a short tip to a leader or coach. Portal access then comes from the organisation once they turn Levitio on.
